The TWA Resort at John F. Kennedy Worldwide Airport introduced the opening of a curling rink on its tarmac subsequent to the resort’s restored 1958 Lockheed Constellation, often called the “Connie,” which is used as a cocktail lounge.
Curling, which originated in Scotland, is a sport wherein gamers slide stones on a sheet of ice towards a goal space which is segmented into 4 concentric circles.
