China Airways introduces Japanese delicacies for premium enterprise and enterprise class – Enterprise Traveller



China Airways has partnered with Tokyo restaurant Toutouan to launch a Japanese menu from January 15.

The Japanese delicacies, and matching tableware, can be obtainable inside premium enterprise and enterprise class cabins on all Japanese routes.

This consists of flights from Taipei (Taoyuan) to Tokyo Narita, Osaka Fukuoka and Nagoya, in addition to Taipei (Songshan) to Tokyo Haneda, and Kaohsiung to Tokyo Narita and Osaka.

The Japanese inflight delicacies can be created by Araki Hironaka, head chef of the unique Toutouan in Tokyo, and Wei-Ting Chen, head chef of the restaurant’s solely abroad outpost in Taipei.
